How do I return a local order?
At Burnt, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines and steps:
Return Requirements: To initiate a return, ensure that:
All original packaging, labels (still on the products), and sanitary stickers (for swimwear) are intact.
The item is clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Process for Exchanges and Returns:
Timing: Customers wishing to exchange or return merchandise must fill out the exchange form within thirty (30) days after receiving the parcel.
Return Policy: For returns, you will receive a Burnt Studios voucher equivalent to the ZAR amount of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy: We offer one free exchange per local order shipped within South Africa. Subsequent exchanges within the same order incur a shipping fee of *R80.00 one way.
