Can I change items in my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changing items in an order after it has been placed. Once your order is confirmed, the items are set and we cannot make modifications.

However, we have a simple solution for you! If you want to change your order, you can log an exchange once you have received the parcel. This allows you to swap the item for something else from our collection.
